Home Sweet Home

As I stare at the keyboard, the keys are all bluring into one. When you put off responding to email after email, they build up. Then you remember all of the things that are now longer 'current' that you wanted to blog about. Current they may not be but I'll catch you up sooner or later!

Firstly let me thank all of the lovely peeps who held the fort whilst I was away with Summer Sharing. Some fab posts and ideas which you can catch up on here:
Crafting a Daydream

It was my intention to come home, get Hubby settled back in and over the jet lag and then catch up on some blogging but things didn't quite go as planned. I discovered on returning home that the freezer had defrosted whilst we were away, cue a lot of smelly meat and a LOT of defrosted batch cooked meals. Damn me being so organised. Then there was all the return home washing, the grumpy Baby B to get settled back into routine and getting the study and children's room swapped around before Hubby B jets off to the US for a few weeks (coming home for a few days in the middle of his trips for a wedding). Then of course there's remembering to try and take it easy at 30 weeks pregnant, still being sick and being anaemic with the pregnancy. Ergh. So needless to say my virtual world was abandoned last week but I hope to get back into a routine and keep you posted on all of our crazy antics and of course, crafting.

On the crafting front, well I have some curtains to hem, a crochet blanket to finish and then I think I need to sort my project list into categories to prioritise. Don't you just love a good list?!

Anyway, I must dash as I have a grumpy monkey who is after my attention which will probably be in the form of dancing in the kitchen whilst tidying up and then a quick dip in the paddling pool for both of us! Phew the heat!

Happy Monday,
